Mitch’n’Moo will endeavour to get your order in the post the same or next business day from receipt of your cleared payment.

International customers will need to get in touch with me for delivery charges before placing an order.

Australia wide postage costs:

Only buying a wetbag or a cover? No worries, I’ll pop one of these into a small postage envelope. This will only cost you $3.00 postage.

Buying one or more nappies or accessories? Postage is now a flat rate

Spending up to $100 = $10 postage.

Spending between $100 and $200 = $15 postage

Spending more then $200 = FREE POSTAGE.

Returns:

Mitch’n’Moo will accept returns for faulty manufacturing of products for up to 1 year of purchase. Please get in touch with me before returning products to discuss the problem. Any unfortunate leakage will not be considered a fault.

Should you wish to exchange sizes or products, I am happy to discuss the options at customer cost , and only if the products have not been used.

Mitch’n’Moo will not be held responsible for damage caused during delivery.
